You can also choose to only get the "old" floors (basement,caves,depths,womb) or just the opposite (cellar,catacombs,necropolis,utero). This means you can keep using that item an unlimited number of times. You can use the cheat engine for a ton of other fun stuff such as unlimited item power. If you use this to get a specific trinket to start out with, don't forget to uncheck that option or everytime a tarot card should drop you will get that trinket. If you then use deck of cards you should get the card/trinket you checked. Give yourself the Deck of cards as discribed above and then check the corresponding "deck of cards always gives X". The cheat engine also makes use of the deck of cards to give you any trinket or tarot card you like. Also note that you can only have 1 item at a time checked. Otherwise you will keep getting that item after everyroom or you will get the "undifined" item.
When you are done, don't forget to uncheck both the item and the "Add item when entering next room". You always have to switch rooms to get the item though. You can then uncheck that item and check another item. Then you have to search for the item you want and check that aswell.Īfter you have done that, walk into the next room and you should get that item. (Most likely you selected the wrong process.) If that didn't happen you have done something wrong. You know you did it right when the box next to it becomes checked.
